On special occasions we always want to surprise you with different dessert recipes guaranteed to please everyone. This is the case with this recipe for passion fruit pavé with chocolate! Prepared with passion fruit mousse, chocolate brigadeiro and Maria biscuit, this is a cold dessert that will leave everyone salivating! The super acid taste combines with the sweet of the brigadeiro and it's impossible to eat just a little piece.

Ingredients for making passion fruit pave with chocolate:

For the passion fruit mousse:

 1 can of condensed milk (395 g)

 1 box of cream (200 g)

 1 cup of concentrated passion fruit juice (200 ml)

To the brigadier:

 1 can of condensed milk (395 g)

 ½ box of cream (100 g)

 ½ cup of chocolate or cocoa powder

 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine

For assembly:

 1 packet of cornstarch biscuit

 ½ cup of regular milk

How to make passion fruit pave with chocolate:

Prepare the passion fruit mousse: place the corresponding ingredients in a blender (condensed milk, cream and passion fruit juice). Beat for 2-3 minutes until creamy and set aside in refrigerator.

Then prepare the brigadeiro: place the condensed milk, chocolate or cocoa and butter in a pan. Bring the previous mixture to medium-low heat and keep stirring for 10-15 minutes.

Tip: Sift the chocolate or cocoa powder to avoid lumps in the brigadeiro.

When the brigadeiro comes off the bottom of the pan, as in the photo, turn off the heat. Add the cream and stir until well blended.

Then assemble your passion fruit mousse pavé by placing 1/3 of the passion fruit mousse in a refractory. Then moisten some biscuits in milk and cover the mousse with them.

Tip: In this case I used Maria's biscuit, but you can use cornstarch biscuit or even chocolate biscuit.

Cover the biscuits with 1/3 of the brigadeiro and add a few more moistened biscuits. Repeat the layers of mousse, biscuit, brigadeiro and biscuit until all ingredients are exhausted.

When the layers are finished, reserve your passion fruit and chocolate pavé in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours. Serve decorated with biscuits, passion fruit syrup or chocolate chips and delight everyone. Enjoy your food!
